Kobo Resources Inc. is a Canadian junior listed on the TSX-V, growth-focused gold exploration company with a compelling new gold discoveries in Côte d’Ivoire, one of West Africa’s most prolific and developing gold districts, hosting several multi-million-ounce gold mines.
The Company’s 100%-owned Kossou Gold Project, NSR free, is located approximately 20 km northwest of the capital city of Yamoussoukro and is directly adjacent to one of the region’s largest gold mines with established processing facilities (Yaouré Gold Mine).
The Company is drilling to unlock the potential size and scale of Kossou within 9+ km strike length of highly prospective gold in soil geochemical anomalies with excellent rock and trench sampling, as well as drill results. Significant gold mineralisation has been identified at three main targets within a 300 m wide, 2+ km long, pervasively altered structural corridor defining a potentially large orogenic gold system.
In 2023, the Company completed approximately 5,900 meters of reverse circulation (RC) drilling and 5,400 meters of trenching. Since early 2024the Kobo has completed more than 33,000 m of diamond drilling on the Kossou Gold Project.
Moving forward, the Company has initiated another 10,000 m diamond drill program as of early January 2026 at key targets (Jagger, Kadie, RCZ and now CZ Fault) at the Kossou Gold Project. The Company expects to release its first Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) in 2026.
The Company also plans initiating ist maiden diamond drill program on 4 key targets as well as additional exploration on the remainder of its Kotobi Permit (302 km2) and has several applications pending approval for over 600 km2 of prospective ground as part of its strategic efforts to expand its footprint in Côte d’Ivoire.
